5-MINUTE JAPANESE METHOD TO GET RID OF BELLY FAT AND REDUCE BACK PAIN
With such a spread of the sedentary lifestyle, many people have problems with their spine. This simple and quite effective figure correction technique was developed 10 years ago by Toshiki Fukutsuji, a Japanese doctor and author of «Tsubo points for good health». This method helps to get rid of belly fat, reduces back pain and returns the skeleton to its natural position.
Spend just five minutes a day on this exercise and the shape of your body will significantly change, the waist will become thinner, and the back will be straighter. The first edition of the book was sold out: more than 6 million copies were bought by people from all over the world. However, the whole essence of the technique can be described in a few sentences and recommendations:
1. Roll a towel so that it is at least 40 cm in length and 7-10 cm in thickness. Tie it up so it does not unwind.
2. Sit on a rigid horizontal surface (a massage table or a fitness mat will do) and put the rolled towel behind you.
3. Slowly lie down on your back, holding the roller so that it is exactly across the body under the waist (directly under the navel). This is crucial.
4. Spread your feet shoulder-width apart and bring your feet together so that the toes touched each other, with the heels at a distance of 20-25 cm apart.
5. Bring your outstretched straight hands behind the head, turn them palms down, and connect the little fingers.
6. Make sure that the thumbs and little fingers of the hands are in contact.
7. Stay in this position for 5 minutes. Stand up very carefully since the bones and joints shift slightly during the exercise.
If done correctly, you will feel that your skeleton taking the natural shape and straightening. The abdomen will gradually be pulled in, and the internal organs will be put in the most favourable position.
At the start, it will be quite difficult to withstand 5 minutes, so you can start with 2-3 minutes. You will feel the first results after a month of such simple exercises.

To implement this exercise you will need 2 or 3 FSCs. The best set is FSC №1 «Anti-parasite», FSC n°2 «Detox» and FSC «Healing», but if you have other FSCs they will suit as well.
Place FSC №1 and №2 in the socks, closer to the toes. Then lay down and place FSC «Healing» under your neck.
In the case of 2 FSCs
Put the FSC n°2 «Detox» on the floor between your feet, then lay down and place FSC «Healing» or any other FSC under your neck.
Correct towel position: directly under the navel
Correct hand position: Palms down, little fingers together
Correct feet position: At least 20 cm between heels, big toes together
Correct position of FSCs : along your feet
This is an excellent alternative to physical exercises to strengthen the spine with a great benefit to your belly.
